We offer Telehealth services if you are unable to visit us at our clinic. This is provided through a secure platform (Coviu) that is encrypted and can bring together multiple people into a virtual tele-conference.
You will be provided with a link that can be accessed through a smart mobile phone, computer, or tablet with a video camera, microphone, and an internet connection.
It is essential that the device you are using for telehealth has sufficient battery and is in good working order (both audio and visual). Due to confidentiality requirements, it is essential that you are in a private location and that you won’t be disturbed for the duration of the session.
We accept referrals from Workcover Queensland, the Department of Veterans & Affairs (DVA), and any other third-party service providers.
What we are unable to offer:
Any assessments for Medico-Legal reports, Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA),Income Protection and TPD
